• Page & Email Limits: Each plan includes a set monthly page and email allowance. Extra pages or multi-topic inquiries may be billed separately.
• Calls: Calls must be scheduled in advance. Missed or late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) count toward your plan. Calls do not roll over.
• Reasonable Use: Unlimited benefits (emails/calls in certain tiers) are subject to reasonable use based on normal small-business needs. Excessive requests may be limited, deferred, or billed separately.
• Excluded Services: Counsel Club does not include litigation, court appearances, or compliance advice for jurisdictions outside Texas.
• Licensing Disclosure: All services are provided by Crown Counsel Advisory, PLLC, licensed in Texas. Guidance is based on Texas law and general commercial principles. If you operate outside Texas, you may also need local counsel for jurisdiction-specific enforcement.
