From a $9.8 billion entertainment transaction to a $1.5 billion healthcare acquisition, I’ve worked behind the scenes on the kinds of deals that shape entire industries.

Before stepping into high-stakes boardrooms, I was a determined student working multiple jobs — intent on building something greater. I began my legal journey at Houston-area law firms, rising from legal receptionist to legal assistant. I also managed bookkeeping for multiple franchise businesses, gaining early exposure to the operational demands of running a business. Later, I took on analytical roles at Halliburton and Energy Transfer Partners, where I was introduced to mergers and acquisitions and built a strong foundation in accounting operations.
