I’m Princess Rogers — the attorney who founded Crown Counsel and built my career negotiating and closing multi-billion dollar deals at two of the country’s top law firms: Baker Botts LLP and White & Case LLP, a Top 10 international law firm.
I’ve represented Fortune 100 companies, global private equity firms, and top international oil companies — handling major mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the energy, healthcare, tech, and media sectors. From a $9.8 billion entertainment transaction to a $1.5 billion healthcare acquisition, I’ve worked behind the scenes on the kinds of deals that shape entire industries.

Before stepping into high-stakes boardrooms, I was a determined student working multiple jobs — intent on building something greater. I began my legal journey at Houston-area law firms, rising from legal receptionist to legal assistant. I also managed bookkeeping for multiple franchise businesses, gaining early exposure to the operational demands of running a business. Later, I took on analytical roles at Halliburton and Energy Transfer Partners, where I was introduced to mergers and acquisitions and built a strong foundation in accounting operations.
That broad range of experience — from small businesses to major corporations to top-tier law firms — has shaped me into a well-rounded legal and business professional.
